I have just completed a three-month training session with Ashley and I give her two thumbs up! I enjoyed working out with her with her attention to detail in planning the workout to suit my personal goals and adjusting the training according to my personal progress. I also love Jack's morning sessions that focus on core, mobility, upper body, legs, etc. This location is 5 minutes from my home so I really don't have any excuse not to go. Keep up the good work!

Family owned, fantastic atmosphere, clean facility,friendly staff and members. 24/7 anytime access was most important for me. Free tanning and hydro massage for upgraded memberships.

The trainers here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was going up in weight on my barbell back squat and started having pain in my left knee. I told Noah about it and he showed me how to open my hips and that my knees will track properly over the feet. I did another set with no pain and added an overload set for good measure.

A really nice compact, yet fully stocked gym. Sometimes it gets busy, but never crowded. The management keeps it super clean and all the equipment is new and in great shape. Staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly!

This place is the real deal. There’s not a better Workout Anytime in the DFW area. Do you want friendly staff to greet you? Do you want a staff that is professional and knows what they are doing? Do you want a facility that is clean? Do you want good lifting and cardio options? Do you want a nice family environment where you can work out without being pushed around? This is your place. This place has become my home for exercising, and I love all aspects of Workout Anytime Plano East. The Exercise classes are fun and challenging and the participants are all excellent to sweat with. By far, this is the best gym that I have been to in Plano and I love this location. I love it so much, that I feel like I am here all the time. :)

This Gym is absolutely amazing, Ethan & Aaron " and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful in explaining membership , this gym is always clean and upkeep is impeccable and has great equipment, tanning bed , massage chairs, great location, I do recommend this gym it is absolutely amazing!!

Great environment to develop yourself at your own pace. The staff are incredible and engage with everybody. They are always willing to point out things as we are all learning. Super encouraging to all clients

I have been a member many gyms my entire life. Now in my seventies I can say this is one of the best clubs I have had the pleasure 🙏 of being part of. The club has numerous types of equipment and free weights for use depending on the type of workout you are wanting. It is by far the cleanest club I have ever joined. The staff including the owner, management, trainers and staff are all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. No matter your current condition from beginner to pro this is the club for you. No judgment here. Just happy members and helpful staff.
